What is Starnum?

Through Starnum Experiences, we create celebration pieces, keepsakes and thoughtful details designed to help you celebrate, connect and create moments worth remembering.
Our creations include invitations, hand fans, gift bags, gift tags, place cards, programmes, thank you cards, bookmarks and other event details designed to bring your vision to life.
Can I personalise a Starnum design?
Yes. Every Starnum design is created as a starting point for your vision and can be personalised through details such as:

What are SDL codes?
SDL (Starnum Design Library) codes are reference codes assigned to each design style. When enquiring, provide the SDL code of the design you love so we can identify your preferred style.
Do you create completely custom designs?
Yes. Completely custom designs may be available depending on your requirements. Additional design fees and production times may apply.
Can I provide my own wording, logo or artwork?
Yes. You may provide your wording, logo or artwork where applicable. Please ensure all information supplied is accurate and final before production begins.
Do you offer matching sets?
Yes. Many Starnum designs can be coordinated across multiple pieces to create a consistent look and feel for your occasion.
How do I place an order?
To begin, choose a design that speaks to you and send us a message on WhatsApp.
Please include:
✓ Design name or SDL code (if selecting an existing design)
✓ The piece(s) you are interested in
✓ Quantity required
✓ Event date or required date
✓ Any details you would like included
We will guide you through the next steps, confirm pricing and help bring your vision together.
What happens after I place my order?
Once your order details are confirmed and payment requirements are completed, preparation begins. Where applicable, design details will be reviewed before production.
How will I know what my finished order will look like?
Where applicable, a digital proof will be provided before production begins. Please carefully review all wording, spelling and details before approval.
Can I order a sample?
Sample availability depends on the item and request. Please contact us to discuss available options.
What are your payment terms?
Orders below TT$500 require full payment before preparation begins.
Orders above TT$500 require a 50% deposit to begin preparation, with the remaining balance due before dispatch.
How long will my order take?
Production time depends on the size, quantity, complexity and materials selected. An estimated timeframe will be provided once your order details have been reviewed.
Can I make changes after approval?
Once production begins, changes cannot be made. Please review all details carefully before final approval.
Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?
Because Starnum creations are prepared based on your order requirements, cancellations and refunds are limited.
Full refunds are only available if preparation has not started and no materials have been purchased for your order.
What if I don't like the item I receive?
Every effort is made to ensure your order matches the approved design and details.
If there is an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue.
Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
✓ Changes of mind
✓ Personal preferences after production
✓ Approved designs/proofs
✓ Incorrect information provided by the customer
