✓ Orders under TT$500 require full payment before production begins.
✓ Orders above TT$500 require a 50% deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid before collection or dispatch.

✓ Delivery is free of charge to Long Circular Mall.
✓ Courier delivery is available throughout Trinidad for TT$45 and Tobago for TT$65.
✓ Caribbean-wide delivery is available, with delivery costs calculated upon request.

✓ Full refunds are available only if production has not started and no materials have been purchased specifically for your order.
✓ Once production has begun or materials have been purchased, payments are non-refundable.
